What does Dawn taste like?

Dawn has berry flavoured profiles with a hint of Matcha tea, which tastes delicious! We worked really hard to make sure it tastes great, while not compromising on ingredients list.

When should I take my Dawn Booster?

Consume first thing in the morning, 30 mins before exercising or whenever you need an all-natural pick me up! 

What ingredients are in Dawn?

blueberry powder, beetroot powder, lemon juice powder, stevia/erythritol blend, matcha powder, yerba mate, Cynocobalum (Vitamin B12), ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), L Glutamine, Coral Calcium, probiotic culture (L. acidopholu, B. bifidum, B. longum, B. lactis).

Where is Dawn Booster made?

Our products are proudly made in Australia within a HACCP certified organic health foods facility.

Our products are lovingly hand-crafted using the highest quality organic ingredients, sourced from Australian farmers as a preference.

How much is Postage and Handling?

Within Australia we offer either Free standard shipping with an average delivery time of 3-5 business days or Express shipping for $7.95 AUD, with an average delivery time of 2-3 business days.

For the rest of the world we offer standard shipping for $22 AUD with an average delivery time of 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer live tracking?

Yes. Upon placing your order, you'll received an order confirmation with a tracking code - you'll be able to live track your order the whole way on it's journey.

What if I want a refund or want to exchange my product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and require a receipt or proof of purchase. N.B. Gift cards are deemed as a non-returnable item.

To apply for a return or refund please email hello@theorganicproject.com.au with your name, order ID number and reason for return/exchange.

Refunds?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund and then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
